Love my car. Comfortable, quick, and stylish.
I am all around happy with my car. I wouldn't change anything about it. My family needs a little more room than the space that is provided so I will eventually trade on an SUV. For now my car is everything I hoped it would be. It was my dream car, and I am still happy I purchased it.

The technology that sounds the car offers a simple futuristic drive.
It runs smooth. I have had no issues with this car. The seats are a little uncomfortable for long trips but it is a fun ride. Even though it only takes high grade gas. It does get good gas mileage. The sensors around the car provide safe driving and helps you know what you cannot see around you. I would but this brand again.

Reliable, comfortable, attractive car.
Never has any problems, drives amazing, realizable (never broken down) very comfortable to be in, and has a reverse camera, two touch screens, sport mode, personal driving mode, and four other driving modes. Bluetooth, and iPod compatible. Shows amount of miles left to drive till gas runs out.

Infiniti q50 super sporty fun car.
I love my Infiniti q50 from the minute I first seen it. Love the sleek look and shape. The front headlights and grill give it a super sporty fun look. It is fast too I love driving this car year round and have had many trips in it. Very reliable and I feel very proud driving my Infiniti q50.

It is a comfortable car for traveling.
I like the acceleration. I owned a V8 Mustang before and this car, although a six cylinder has excellent speed. I like the look and comfort of the car as well.

My q50 journey thus far. No problems yet. I love this car.
I love my q50, one thing I can say that took me a while to figure out was the screen and how to delete maintenance reminders even with the manual in hand. Good on gas if you are not driving for long periods of time everyday. Cannot say I have had a problem, so far so good.

Reliable and dependable car.
It performs really well is a very reliable car. Seats are comfortable with a nice interior. Great for driving in town and out of town. Easy adjustable seats. Lots of room in back trunk for groceries and other needed activities. Backseat is comfortable. Camera for backing up is convenient.

Infiniti is a worth it car.
Nice interior design, smooth on the road, snow and sports mode available good gas mileage using premium gas only maintenance expensive but long lasting, luxury feel with heated leather seats for each passenger & sunroof. The computer system has minor glitches but nothing to worry about.

Infiniti q50 is a nice luxury car.
No major problems only some minor problems like peeling off the window buttons. The rubber seal in the door coming off making the cabin a little noisy. A small mechanical failure with fuel tank door lock actuator which needs to be replaced and was unexpected failure.

Affordable luxury car - get more bang for your buck.
Nice, sleek design--looks good--but should have held out for color rather than taking right away from dealer lot. Performance is not quite up to par.

Infiniti isn't that far away
It is very comfortable to drive but it costs too much on gas. Not a good everyday drivable car. Expensive to fix and the accessories aren't very reliable, the back up camera sometimes shows up black and the map doesn't load sometimes. Not good trunk storage, the seats don't fold.
accountCircle nicolette m
I don't care what others think about the car I choose to drive.
My car is visually appealing and there are some nice amenities. It's a luxury vehicle. However, I feel that the cost of the car doesn't equate with the amenities

Infiniti q50 - not bad, but not again.
This is the first model year... The infotainment system is slow to load. Overall, the gas mileage is good. The car is fun to drive for the most part too. The rear seat does not fold down on the hybrid models. I wish I would have known that. There is also a delay in power if you stomp the gas sometimes.
accountCircle Lyle D
It's a matter of personal taste...good looks and fun don't always go together.
While I like the amenities and have had no serious problems, the car seems underpowered and not very responsive on twisty roads. Also, I find it annoying at how long it takes the apps to load before I can do anything in the car, like turn on the A/C.
accountCircle Ann B
Great, except for brake and tire issues.
I have had this car for over two years and seem to have constant issues with tires losing pressure, squeaking wheels, and brake pad problems. Aside from that, it is a great sporty sedan that has plenty of power. The electronic features are nice - backup camera is clear and the interior is very comfortable.

Heated steering wheel, heated passenger and driver's seat, SiriusXM radio.
I have only had a few problems with my car since getting it. The sensors in the door handles that unlock my door broke for awhile (they fixed on their own). My headlight got busted somehow and the running daylight stopped working. This car is super comfortable and if we ever go on a road trip that is the car we use. Especially in the winter with heated driver and passenger seats as well as a heated steering wheel.

Amazing reliable high performance car.
The engine on the q5 is great! Drives smoothly and I have not had any problems with it. Love that it is comfortable to drive and always ready for all the seasons especially winter. The back seats are raised and comfortable and therefore sometimes I like sitting at the back and let someone else drive so that I can enjoy the ride. The sound system is amazing! I just love this car and foresee having it for years to come.

Pros from Owners

likeFilled Steve L.

Handles very well in snow. Has power but not crazy power. Very comfortable. Bought Certified with 32k miles. Now has over 150k and have had no problems at all. I take very good care of this care even after putting 100k miles on car still runs and looks great. When I need work done the dealership I bought it. From gives me better prices on brake job, oil changes and everything else YOU need done to it! The only con is the gas mileage, if you drive it conservatively you can get around 28 mpg. But, the car is so fun to drive I get an average of 23 mpg.

Cons from Owners

dislikeFilled Steve L.

Gas mileage could be better (but I didn't buy it for the mileage) I really do not have any other con to this car. It is comfortable fun to drive and pretty good looking care! I could have bought a cheaper Ford or Chevy but would be giving up a lot and wouldn't be happy with the purchase.

The only problems it has is gas. It becomes a bigger expansive than what it is. I am constantly filling up, but it is a sports model after all. If I do not want that I could switch to econ.

Is The 2014 INFINITI Q50 A Good Value?

I bought it when it was used and 3 years old, it costed $22,000. It is a good value, it had some technical problems but which used car doesn't?
Alina B.
I paid around $44,000 new, off the lot. It is pricey, but you are buying a premium brand and the service after the purchase is what sets it apart.
Leslie D.
I am not really sure on the exact price but I think it's a great car all around and I am very glad that I chose this car over the others I liked.
D M.
I got mine used for 20,000. I think it is a good value for a sport 3.0 turbo model. I got it back in 2017, and it is still in good condition. It is a 2014, very up to date and sturdy.
Hannah H.
18,000 and it is moderate for a luxury car. It is expensive in terms of gas and insurance because it is a sports car but it is reasonable for that price. It is not the newest model but it is still... Read More
