For the Tundra the oil and filter should be changed every 7,500 to 10,000 miles. The cost of an oil change is anywhere from $60 to $80 in labor costs.

Any of the variations of the 2018 Toyota Tundra, whether they take Flex Fuel or regular unleaded, their engine is 4.6 liter or 5.7 liter, they're a Crewmax or double cab, short bed or long bed and come in rear wheel drive our four wheel drive, the outcome is the same regarding the type of oil that the Tundra takes. The SR, the SR5, the Limited, the 1794 and the Platinum all take 0w-20 fully synthetic oil.
