The factory installed speakers in a 2000 Chevrolet Blazer are 6-¾ inch in the front doors and 6-¾ inch in the rear doors. The front stage also includes a set of 1 inch tweeters that are mounted in the A pillars. To replace the stock speakers You will need to remove the door panels to be able to access them. The 6-¾ size is very common in stock systems but most aftermarket manufacturers only produce 6.5 inch woofers, so You will need to find a stock replacement or use an adapter that allows You to mount the smaller diameter speaker in the larger factory hole. The adapters are easy to use and do not cost much so that is the method most people choose when upgrading.
