The 2013 Chevy Cruze uses Dex-Cool antifreeze which is orange in color. I recommend that You check Your coolant levels every time that You change Your oil. This is the best way to make sure that Your coolant reservoir and radiator are full so that they can keep cooling Your engine. If You are not sure what coolant You have in Your vehicle then You should contact Your mechanic because there is a chance that they may have used a third party aftermarket coolant. If You are low on coolant then I recommend topping off the reservoir using distilled water until You are able to determine what coolant was used.

The 2013 chevy cruze uses antifreeze made for american cars in a 50/50 mix. You can find this generic fluid at almost any auto supply store or even gas station.

GM's Dex-Cool is for GM's lineup of vehicles only. Outside of the US best bet is a G12+(plus) equivalent (less than half the cost). You are better off with a G12+ concentrate as you need to wash all of the coolant out of the system, and you still end out with 1.5L of soft drinking water inside the engine block!
