On the 2002 Ram 1500, the fuel pressure regulator is part of the fuel filter assembly, which You can find on top of the fuel tank. It is located directly on the fuel pump, and is not considered a user serviceable part; You'll need to drop the entire fuel tank to gain access. If You feel that You need to access it for some reason, You should consider takeng the truck to a mechanic; this is not an easy job. However, if You've got a lift or if You're experienced in dropping the fuel tank, maybe it's something You'll want to tackle on Your own. Just be careful that You don't break anything in the process, and best of luck!
