The 2004 Acura TL will need to use a 26 inch driver's side blade and a 19 inch passenger's side blade. This vehicle will not have a rear wiper blade on it. This was the first year of the new wiper sizes as all models made before this will have a driver's side that is 2 inches smaller. A new pair of wipers for this vehicle can cost between $15 and $35. I would suggest getting a good quality set if You live somewhere where there is difficult weather months. It's suggested that You change out the blades every 1 to 2 years but that is going to vary on just how much use You get out of them.

The 2004 acura tl windshield wipers are 28 inches on the driver side and they are 24 on the passenger side of the vehicle.
