The 2005 Chrysler Sebring has two horns, both are located behind the bumper cover one below the drivers side headlight and the other is below the passenger side headlight. To remove the bumper cove to get to the horn, You have several bolts and plastic trim screws that need removed. Open the hood and remove the two 10mm bolts, one on each side, above the inner part of the headlights. Next remove the seven plastic clips that hold the top of the cover. There are three 7 millimeter bolts each side of the car that need removed in front of the tires. Finally, there are two plastic clips, one on each end and eight 7-millimeter bolts across the bottom of the bumper cover. Now You can pull the bumper cover out far enough to get to the horns, or You can disconnect the fog lights and be able to remove it completely.
