The horn for a 2005 Jeep Liberty is going to be a bit difficult to access. Unlike many vehicles You're not going to be able to reach it from under the hood and instead it will be in an access panel on the driver's side of the vehicle. You're going to need access to a set of basic hand tools but also a clipping and pry tool. You're going to need to remove a portion of the dashboard on the left side of the driver's side of the vehicle. Behind this part of the dash is going to then be an access panel where the horn can be found.

All the other answers are wrong, the horn is under the car on the front driver's side. Take of a cover and poof there you have it
