The oil pressure sensor (OPS) on the 2005 Nissan Murano is going to be placed below the passenger side axle on the engine close to the oil filter. You can simply disconnect it, unscrew it, and then swap in a new one; You'll need to do this quickly, so that You don't lose too much oil in the process. Afterwards, You'll top off whatever amount of oil leaked out. How do You know if Your OPS is failing Well, the light'll come on, or it maybe just blink constantly, or, perhaps most telling, it'll just read a straight zero. Cost-wise, You're looking at between $14 and $30 for a new OPS, depending on brand and where You buy it.
