The 2006 BMW 525iAux input can be found in the center console of the vehicle if You have the upgraded Audio system. The port will be a 3.5mm female port so You will need to use a male to male 3.5mm cable to connect Your MP3 player or smartphone to the car. If Your BMW did not come with an aux input You can always add one. There are third party cables on the market that can connect to the back of Your OEM head unit and allow You to have auxiliary as a source. You can also replace Your head unit with a new one that has more advanced features like USB, bluetooth, and even CarPlay.
