It's important to note that the 2006 Chrysler 300 did not include an auxiliary port in all configurations -- if You're asking this question, there's a certain probability that You're not equipped with one. That's because it's a very conspicuous port, located on the head unit itself. If You're equipped with the functionality, it'll be quite easy to find. However, if You're not, it's noteworthy that aftermarket solutions do still exist. You might look to something like a replacement head unit -- which, while it can be expensive, will give You the functionality You desire. You may even go with a bluetooth enabled model, which can typically be found in the $100 to $200 price range, giving You wireless connectivity in a car almost a decade and a half old.

If the radio has an aux mode then there has to be an aux plugin.
