The 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 wheel bolt pattern iS-Classified aS5x4.5 5 lug 4.5 inch or 114.3 mm high positive offset by the manufacturer. On each car, the bolt pattern is categorized using two numbers. The first number shows You how many bolts are on the wheel and it'S5 for that. The second defines the diameter of the circle created by the bolt design, so the diameter of the Ram 1500 is 114.3mm. They may also be defined in inches for the American metric system or in millimeters for cars from Europe or abroad. If You are trying to buy new rims for the truck, these numbers are relevant for You as they would fit the right bolt pattern for the rims to install on the lug studs for the trucks. The further lugs/bolts on the axle render the tires stronger and allow more load to be treated.

Its been 5x5.5 since the mid 80’s right up to 2018, and on the 2019-2021 classics, the older dodge trucks (2wd) early 80’s and older were 5x4.5
