You can find the headlight relay in the "Totally Integrated Power Module" (TIPM), also called Your fuse box, that's in fuse box in Your engine compartment, for Your 2006 Dodge Ram 1500. There's no need to take Your rig into the dealership and pay a $100 diagnostic fee, when You can replace a $3 fuse Yourself. Some things to test if You've got issues with the headlight operation, is to check the connector on the bulb to make sure the pin hasn't slid part way out, and isn't making a good electrical connection with the bulb. You might see buring/discoloration on the wire. Trace the wire to the TIPM and make sure it's not discolored there as well, signifying a short. Also, reset the connectors on the TIPM themselves.
