The fuel pump relay on the 2006 Ford Focus is located in the power distribution box right on the driver's side of the engine right next to the strut mount. If You are confused, it's located right to the left of the strut mount next to the firewall. The fuel pump relay is number 12 on the list and it has an amperage of 15. The purpose of the fuel pump relay is to provide power or electricity to the fuel pump so that it can work. If the fuel pump stops working then I would suggest looking first into the relay before diving into more expensive repairs.
