The auxiliary input on Your 2006 Honda Odyssey is located on Your vehicle's dashboard, hiding behind a small plastic cover; if You open this, it reveals a 3.5mm Audio jack. Want to upgrade the head unit in Your Odyssey, and bring it up to some modern standards You can snag a kit that features bluetooth and a hook-up for Your iPhone/iPod and so on, that also comes with an integrated navigation or XM radio, for just $100 from GTA Car kits. It's a great, cheap way to add value to Your quickly becoming A-Classic Honda.

I have the same problem but I did a little research that there's a piece that you can get online and you stick it in the back of the radio and then you run the cord through one of the compartments to give you the auxiliary
