The 2007 Cadillac CTS comes with one of two different tire sizes, depending on configuration. You'll either have the P255/55R16, or a larger P225/50R18 on the sport. I bring this up because although the wheel bolt pattern is universal, the wheels are not -- the smaller tires sit on 7Jx16 ET51 wheels, while the larger ones sit on 7.5Jx18 ET50. The bolt pattern, as iMentioned, is universally 5x115 however. The center bore is also universal, at 70.5mm. So no matter which trim level You have, these numbers will be the same. The "5" indicates that You have five lug nuts per wheel, which are fitted with thread that measures M12 X1.5. They should be adequately torqued at all times, around 121Nm.
