The coolant temperature sensor for Your 2007 Dodge Caliber is going to be located at the front of the radiator, so it can measure the ambient air there. If You're replacing this part, a typical replacement part number is WT5215, and it's usually around $15; there's a higher rated Mopar one, part number C6020349146MPR, that runs about $28, if You're shy about cheaper products. While You're messing about with the coolant, don't forget to top off Your Caliber; a good choice here is the Zerex Yellow 50/50 mix.
