If Your 2007 Ford Expedition has duel automatic temperature controls (DATC), which are common among many of the upper level trims, then You won't have a resistor block for the blower motor speed controller. Instead, the function is provided electronically. If You have a lower level trim without DATC, You should be able to find the resistor at the bottom of the air duct on the passenger's side of the vehicle. In order to access it, You'll need to remove the glove box (and potentially the lower kick panel, which is the trim piece underneath the glove box). You'll see a wiring harness connecting directly into it, and it's held in place with two 8mm bolts. Once You have, the resistor should break free easily.
