The 2007 Ford F-150 haS3 oxygen sensors, all located along with the exhauSTSystem of the car. Each of these is responsible for measuring how much oxygen is flowing through the system. If these sensors is not working right then You may have issues with the internal combustion of the engine. This can lead to many problems, including rough idle, stalling, and the vehicle not getting enough power. Oxegen sensors are small plug shaped items and are meant to be easy to replace. You can get a new one for about 20 dollars and they juSTScrew in. If You get a trouble code telling You that one of them is bad it is best to just go ahead and replace all of them in one shot.

The 2007 ford f150 oxygen sensors are mounted in the exhaust system. There's going to be one before the catalytic converter and one after the catalytic converter.
