The starter relay in a 2007 Honda CR-V is located under the hood in the main fuse panel. One of the most important and most forgotten components of any vehicle's ignition system is the starter relay. This electrical part is designed to redirect power from the battery to the starter solenoid, which then activates the starter to spin over the engine. If Your starter relay ever need replacing it's a fairly cheap repair. The average cost for starter relay replacement is between $50 and $60. Labor costs are estimated between $30 and $40 while parts are priced at $20. This range does not include taxes and fees, and does not factor in Your unique location. Related repairs may also be needed.

The start cut relay is under the dash. There are 3 relay's there and the start cut relay as they call it is the one the furthest to the right.
