The radio in Your 2007 Honda Ridgeline has a built-in anti-theft system that requires a unique code to be entered anytime the radio loses power. It does this so if someone were to steal it they would not be able to use the radio and therefore it would be worthless to them. This is a good thing for the most part but causes issues when You need to replace the battery or do any service that requires You to disconnect the battery. There are three ways to get the code, the first is to look for the sticker inside Your glovebox, if it isnt there, check the owners manual. The second way is to get it from the radio before You disconnect the battery by holding the 1 and 6 buttons down for about 10 seconds. The third way is to call the dealership and have them look it up

To get the radio code for the 2007 honda ridgeline, press and hold the 1 and 6 buttons for about ten seconds, then push the power button. The code will toggle and then appear.

RADIO CODE IS ON CARD THAT CAME WITH YOUR OWNER'S MANUAL, THE ABOVE DOES not WORK ON A 2007 RIDGELINE. THIS ONLY BRINGS UP THE SERIAL NUMBER.

Open glove box on a left side there are 2 stickers inside one is 4 digit for navigation and one is 5 digit is for the radio.
Code is assigned at purchase, it should be in your owners manual, best I can offer without knowing for sure is take it to the dealer and see if they can look it up.
We didn’t get the code before disconnecting the battery. No sticker in glove box and no owners manual came with vehicle. I pushed the 1 and 6 and got a number. Can I still reset the radio myself or do I need to take to dealer? Any help is appreciated.

Yes it’s on a credit card size card that comes with your individual 2007. You enter the code by the preset numbers on your radio such as ex: 1234…etc

I searched forever looking for this code to help my good friend I watched videos but I finally found it. Open your glove book it’s a sticker with two different numbers. The 5 digit set is the correct one. You put that 5 digit code in and your good to go
