The life expectancy of the 2007 Lincoln MKX depends on how well it is taken care of and just plain simple luck. If it is well taken care of it can last anywhere froM200,000 to 400,000 miles or even longer. If it is not well taken care of then it might only last under 150,000 miles or so. To take care of the MKxAnd be able to extend the life of the vehicle it is important to do the scheduled maintenance on it. One of the most important things You can do the vehicle is to change the oil and the oil filter. For the vehicle it should be changed every 3,000 to 5,000 miles or so. Other things You can do is to change other fluids such as the coolant, replace the spark plugs, inspect the belts, etc.
