The 2007 Toyota Camry horn relay is mounted within the integrated power module. The IPM can be located within the engine compartment near the air cleaner assembly. There will be a schematic of the numbers that will mark the fuses within the IPM. You will either locate the diagram inside the compartment or inside the owner's manual. To figure out if Your horn failed and You need a fuse, You should use a testing tool to search the ECU to see if any errors have been removed. Often, inspect the wires and use a voltage tester to check whether the wires are short enough to display the voltage going to the horn if there are no issues. The fuse will be the place to check but if the fuse is not damaged and is still working, You will have to do some detective work to find out the initial cause for the horn to stop working.
