The horn relay in the 2008 Chevy Silverado can be found in the fuse panel that is located under the hood. You can use the panel cover to locate it amongst all of the other fuses and relays that are in the box. If Your horn is not working then the first thing that You should check is the relay to it. If the relay is bad then You should replace it. If Your relay is fine then I recommend checking the wiring where it attaches to the horn. If that is loose or damaged it will not work. You can also try running 12 volts directly to the horn and seeing if it makes a noise because that can let You know whether or not You have a faulty horn.

No it not in the fuse box under the hood ,not listed as a horn pcb eather!Some of you guys have to stop making the stuff up ! If you don't know you shouldn't say anything!

No relay in the fuse box under the hood just a 15 amp fuse, no relay ! I have 2 Silverados here with the same horn problem nether one has a relay in the box!
