If You drive a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado, You may find Yourself needing to locate the turn signal relay, to check its function or replace it. The firSTStep You need to take is to stand in front of Your truck, and open the hood. Now, look toward the front of the engine bay. You should see a long, black plastic box, in front of the battery. Open the lid, and You will discover a variety of panels, switches, and fuses. Take a look at the lid, and You will see a sticker. On it are codes that match the components, and help You identify them. Find the corresponding code for Your turn signal relay, and match it to the switch inside.

Flasher clicking sounds like it's coming from the fuse panel under the hood on the driver side but it's not on top it sounds as if it's under the fuse panel itself??

Well Jonnie was correct about hearing a clicking sound under fuse panel in engine compartment. FYI the clicking sound was coming from a PCB relay that’s not interchangeable it’s built in the fuse panel sandwiched between the fuse panel , I worked on a Chevy Silverado that had the marker light stay on after key was removed , you guessed it , the power feed was coming from a stuck relay

The 2008 Chevy silverado has the turn signal relay situated inside the engine bay at the fuse panel near the battery.

Yalls trucks must be different. The coolant reservoir is in front of the battery along with the intake box. Opposite side is a big fuse panel but no flasher relay.

I'm trying to locate a flasher module on a 2008 Chevy Silverado 2500HD. I can hear it clicking under fuse panel on drivers side in engine compartment. I also hear a clicking sound coming from dash around the radio area. I removed the driver knee panel and can not see a flasher unit where metal square cutout is. On the 2008 is flasher unit programmed into the body control module?
