Yes, the 2008 Chevy TrailBlazer has a cabin air filter. The cabin air filter is located under the hood of the car, near the front of the vehicle. The filter will be a white square of filter paper, surrounded by an orange or red cover, and may or may not be really d***y. The filter is responsible for making sure pollen and dirt do not make it into the climate control system, which makes it so the vents do not spray dirt and grime at Your when You turn them on. The filter is something that You have to change out according to the maintenance schedule, though if You take the car in to be tuned up then they will take care of it. Filters are pretty cheap, around 50 to 70 dollars, and they simply pop in and out, so it is easy to fix them.
