The fuel filter for a 2008 Dodge Caliber is going to be located inside of the fuel tank and it will not be serviceable. Dodge built these vehicles in a way that it was meant for the fuel filter to last the life of the vehicle. If You need to have it replaced You're going to have to take the tank apart. Takeng the tank apart is not going to be an option for the novice shade tree mechanic so You'll likely have to take it in to a shop. The total cost of parts and labor to have it swapped out will be between $400 and $800.
