The brake light fuse for Your 2008 Honda Accord can be found in the fuse panel under the hood. The fuse box is located against the firewall and is a 20 amp fuse that is located in slot 10. If Your brake lights are not working the first thing that You will want to check are the bulbs. The bulbs are known to burn out over time and will need to be replaced. If the bulbs are fine then the next thing that You should check are the fuses to them. If You are blowing fuses to Your tail lights frequently then You should check the wiring. Usually fuses only blow when a wire is shorting out.

There are rubber grommets thatpush in a pin when it’s not bring pressed and they rot out, causing the brake lights to stay on
