The starter relay on the 2008 Honda CR-V can be found underneath the hood. It's housed within a panel that can be found adjAccent to the engine block, right below the hood. Specifically, it is an encasement that houses numerous relays and fuses. Connections to and from the PCM, electrical wiring leading to other internal components, such as the HVAC unit and even the spark plug socket can be found in and around this enclosure. If You are having trouble locating it, consult the cars owners manual. This should contain a detailed illustration highlighting the location of each part, as well as guides on how to replace them if required.
