The AUX Input location in Your 2008 Mitsubishi Outlander is usually tucked behind a small removable panel in the middle console. Don't mistake this for the tiny stereo input port, which is actually there so Mitsubishi can later upgrade the MMCS. Depending on the trim level and country, You'll have actual RCA ports behind the panel in the dash; it's typically dependent on whether there's a rear DVD system, which gives completed wiring for auxiliary input in the dash. Otherwise, You're basically stuck with yanking out some wires and trying to splice it in Yourself, which it should go without saying, will void the heck out of Your warranty.
