Every 2008 Nissan Quest model comes with the same 3.5L 6 cylinder engine (the VQ35DE), so regardless of Your configuration, You'll always use the same oil type and take the same capacity. Specifically, You'll need 4.2 quarts of SAE 5W-30 full synthetic motor oil. In its absence (and over the short term), You can use SAE 5W-40 in its place. This substitution, however, is not recommended, as motor oils with higher weights mean a higher viscosity and thicker product. This can expose Your engine to undue friction, which may over time cause premature wear and tear. I don't need to tell You, but wear and tear can soon cause failure. Therefore, it's recommended that You always go with the manufacturer's specified oil with the lowest weight, even if it costs You a bit more per oil change.
