The 2004 Nissan Titan has a fuel pump relay that is considered part of the Intelligent Power Distribution Module, also known as the IPDM. It can be found near the fuel injectors along the fuel line. If the fuel pump replay proves to be faulty, You cannot replace it. Instead, You will have to replace the entire module. This can be ordered from an automotive parts and accessories retail store. You can expect to pay a price between $67 and $214 for the part alone. If You choose to have the service provided by a professional mechanic or a service technician, You can expect to pay an additional $80 to $210 for labor.

Fuel pump relay located passenger rear corner under hood behind battery. It is serviceable, or swapped for diagnosis. This relay fails more often than the fuel pump.
