If You want to know where the starter relay is located on the 2010 Chivy Cobalt, I can help You with that. The starter relay is located in the engine compartment, to the left of the driver's side strut mount. The name of the fuse is CRNK Relay on the fuse box. The purpose of the starter relay is to provide power to the starter. So, when You turn the key in the ignition to start the car, the starter relay provides power to its starter so that it can crank up the engine. If You are having problems with Your starter, look for this fuse first before diving into expensive repairs.

The starter relay in a 2010 Chevy cobalt is in the fuse box behind a panel at the floor console on the passenger side of the compartment.
