The wheel bolt pattern on the 2010 Chrysler 300 is, universally, 5x115 with A71.5mm center bore. However, the tire and wheel size varies across trim levels; You may have one of three different tires and rims depending on Your configuration. This means that even if bolt pattern matches, You may want to take a closer look if You're only replacing one wheel. You'll either have P215/65R17 tires on 17 inch wheels, P225/60R18 tires on 18 inch wheels, and P245/45R20 tires on 20 inch wheels. Though any wheel well should accept any of the tires, it's important that all four tires match. It's also of note that if You size up Your tires and rims, You may need to do a speedometer calibration so that it reads out the correct speed when in operation.
