The Dodge Journey has two main fuse boxes that power the components in Your vehicle. The first fuse box is for all of the interior accessories such as the stereo. It can be found in the driver's footwell behind an access panel on the left. The main power distribution fuse box, which is called the integrated power module, is located in the engine compartment near the air box. There are labels on the covers for each of them that show You what each fuse powers. If Your vehicle is popping fuses frequently I suggest that You inspect the wiring because that sounds like there is a problem with the wires shorting out on the metal somewhere in the vehicle.

Where is fuse for a Dodge Journey 2010 lic plate light
He told me there was a 15 amp fuse on a beat by the by the glove box but I can't find it for the iPod things to open and close the door and lock it so on my 2010 Dodge journey V6 3.5 l

The 2010 dodge journey fuse box is located on the driver side of the engine bay next to the air filter box.
