The auxiliary battery for Your 2010 Mercedes ML350 will be located under the hood of the vehicle. You're going to need to head inside the vehicle first and then pull down on the hood release lever. Once outside You can then lift up on the hood and with Your other hand undo the safety latch that is keeping it in place. Now that You have Your hood open go ahead and locate Your normal battery. Look back and to the left of it and You're going to see a black box with red and black wires coming out of it. This is where Your AUxBattery is located, inside this black box.

A battery is located under the hood of the 2010 mercedes ml350, look for the large black box that has a red and black connector on the top.

Both the main and auxiliary batteries are located under the passenger seat on my ML350. You have to remove the main battery to access the auxiliary. That is a pain to do in a cramped space. It is actually easier to unplug the 3 connectors and remove the seat giving you clear access. Here is the recommended method. Https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PCp3lztb1cM

My 2010 ML has both the auxiliary battery and the main battery under the passenger seat. You have to remove the main battery to access the auxiliary battery. It is a pain to change either one of them following their directions. Removing the seat is the easiest way.

James M. Is correct as to where the auxiliary battery is located. The main car battery is located under the front passenger side seat and is removed by sliding the seat all the way forward and remove from back seat area.
