The 2011 Hyundai Elantra touring has a headlight bulb size of H11 which is a pretty standard bulb. If Your headlight burns out You should be able to go to any major auto parts store and get one of these bulbs. The first thing You should check when Your headlights are not working is the fuse to them. After that You should inspect the wiring at the back of the bulb to make sure that it is all tight and free from debris. If that is all fine then You will want to replace the bulb. To replace the bulb You will need to remove the cover from the back of the headlight housing and then You can disconnect the wires and remove it from the clips that hold it in the housing.

The 2011 touring model uses the H11B, NOT the H11 as the books call out. Different connectors.

Bryan is correct. 2011 Elantra Touring uses H11B bulbs for low beam. 3 - 10mm head bolts hold the headlight assembly on. Very easy to change bulbs.
