The 2012 Ford Focus' freeze plugs are going to be located on the engine block, typically in various places, so You'll have to suss them out visually. You're looking for indented round discs that are about 2 inches around. If You're replacing, You'll want to get the ones that have a rubber bushing with a bolt in the middle. These fit snugly without being tightened, and give a bit better performance than the OEM freeze plugs. If You're having an issue with coolant leaks, note that on this Focus, the most typical cause is actually going to be the thermostat housing, so that's a place to start looking, before You mess about with Your freeze plugs.
