You're going to need to use 3v 2032 cell battery for the key fob on a 2012 Honda Odyssey. In order to replace the battery You'll first have to remove the physical key from the device. Now use a tool to pry apart the two sides of the key fob. On one side You should now be able to see the battery. You're going to need to pry this out and then put the new one in. Once You're done swapping out the battery You can juSTSnap together the pieces of the key fob back together again.
Sorry, what i meant to say is that the previous answer (posted Apr 10, 2020) is incorrect, but i need to revise my comment. A cr2032 battery fits in the fob as well. Technically, the cr2032 is .7mm thicker than a cr2025, but there's enough room to close the case with a cr2032 installed. Either battery should work fine.
Cr2032 would not pop in. The CR2025 pops in and out easily. I don't want to push too hard and break plastic. I will order the CR2025.
