The 2012 Toyota Corolla fuel filter can be found in the back section of the engine compartment. It is on the passenger's side. The fuel filter might be bad if You are having issues starting Your car. Sometimes it might just be clogged and result in the same poor starting, or failing to start. Replacing this part can cost anywhere from $100 to $150, depending on where You get it done. This should include the parts and labor. If You are savvy enough to replace Your own fuel filter, You can purchase it at Your local Autozone or any auto store. About 50,000 miles is the recommended interval to change this part of Your car, as part of regular maintenance.
