The 2013 Dodge Dart is going to need to use a 9005 bulb for both the low and high beam headlights. The replace a bulb in this vehicle you're first going to need to pop the hood. From here look towards the front near the radiator and you're going to see a black cover over the headlight. You're going to need to unscrew and then pry this cover off and once you do you can then change out the bulb. A replacement bulb is going to cost between $5 and $12 each or between $10 and $20 for a pair.

The answer from James M above is totally wrong! The bulb is a 9012 and you change it through an access door in the wheel well.
