The spare tire for a 2013 Ford C-Max is going to be located in the rear of the trunk if You have one. Not all vehicles came equipped with one and it was up to the dealership if they wanted to include one. Once You have Your trunk open go ahead and lift up the carpet from the front corner. Now when You lift up You're going to see Your tools and Your tire. You're going to want to take the wrench out so You can remove the nut that is holding the tire in place.

There is no spare tire, you get a tire kit located under the front passenger seat. Consisting of a can of fix aflat and a pump.
