The life expectancy of the 2013 Ford Focus all depends on how well the car is maintained. If it is properly maintained then the car can last 200,000 miles to 250,000 miles or much longer. One of the most important things to do is to change the oil and the filter every 7,500 miles or every year, whichever comes first. It is important to do so because oil helps to keep the engine clean and running more smoothly and it also helps with friction for moving parts to keep them lasting longer. Some other things that should be done are changing the cabin air filter every 20,000 miles, changing the engine air filter every 30,000 miles and changing the coolant and spark plugs every 100,000 miles.
