The fuel pump relay in a 2013 Nissan Sentra can be found in the fuse panel that is located in the vehicle's engine compartment. You can use the cover that is on the top of it to determine which relay is the one for the fuel pump. If Your fuel pump is not turning on then the first thing that You should do is check this relay and make sure that it is working properly. If it is failing then that will lead to the pump not turning on. You can also remove and reinstall this relay to allow Your fuel pump to reset if it is having problems. This has replaced the fuel pump reset switch that used to be in older cars.

The 2013 nissan sentra fuel pump relay is located on the passenger side fender wall. You should see a set of 5 relays together. It is the first one in the back.
