To be more specific, it is located under the driver's side instrument dahs. You can directly see it on the left side of the steering wheel. It has a small square panel door. The fuse number is 11 in the J case fuses. The purpose of the blower motor fuse is to provide power to the blower motor so that the climate control can be maneuvered by the user.
