The 2014 Mercedes E350 has an oil dipstick that is near the rear of the engine compartment that is on the passenger's side of the engine. There is a yellow handle on it and You will need to pull that in order to remove it from the car. I recommend that You check the oil in Your vehicle at least once a month. During this check You should make sure that Your oil is full and free from any debris. If Your oil is very dark in color it can also mean that it is time to replace it since it may have served its useful life. If Your dip stick is broken I recommend replacing it so that You can check Your oil easily.

On the E250 Bluetec, the oil is checked through the buttons on the steering wheel, and displayed on the dash. NO STICK.
