The 2015 Ram 1500 is designed to use DOT 3 brake fluid in the brake system. The brake fluid reservoir is located on the firewall in the engine compartment on the driver side. There is a yellow cap on top of the translucent container. When adding fluid to the system pour until the fluid level is between the MIN and MAX mark on the side of the reservoir. The fluid shouldn't require any service unless You detect any leaks or are experiencing brake issues other than from worn pads or a sticky caliper. If You drive in areas where they use a lot of road salts, the brake lines can tend to corrode after a few years and will need to be replaced. To keep this from happening You could either change them out for stainless steel lines or go to copper.
