The camshaft position sensor location on Your 2015 Subru WRX is located to the right side of the engine block as You're facing the engine --- ie, the driver's side. If You look below the radiator hoses just behind where the serpentine belt is, You'll see the whole assembly, with the large hexBolt closest to the radiator hose in front. This is a somewhat pricey part to replace: Subaru's MSRP for the part (Engine Camshaft Position Sensor, part number 22056AA140) runs $117.07 if You buy it directly from them.

The camshaft position sensor is mounted on the cylinder head in front and beneath the timing belt cover of the 2015 subaru wrx.
