What's the 2016 Audi A6 battery location?

The battery in a 2016 AudiA6 is in the trunk below the spare tire. If the battery is bad and You have to replace it begin by opening the trunk and then remove the spare tire and the plastic molding below it. There's a metal strap over top of the battery with several bolts that need to be removed in order to get the battery out. Now disconnect the negative battery terminal first that way You eliminate the possibility of causing a spark and possibly shorting out something in the electrical system. Next disconnected positive battery terminal and then lift the battery out. Once You put the new battery in, connect the positive battery terminal first followed by negative. Make sure You replace the metal strap and bolts.
