The 2016 Chevy Spark code 59 is a Trans Fluid Temperature sensor circuit error. You will need to take the car into a shop and have the sensor replaced. This will run You about 200 on average.

That's wrong because on mine it's the driver side window roll up and down it even says so in the owner's manual that's what a code 59 is

No, it is not. It is the power window code. It has nothing to do with a transmission circuit.
